Derry L. Young, Vice President of High Investors, Ltd., maintains the company's base of over 500 real estate limited partnership investors including corporations, retirement plans, business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals and retirees.

Instrumental in raising $15 million of equity and debt financing over the past five years, Mr. Young is a member of the acquisition team that identifies, negotiates and acquires all prospective real estate partnership investments. He also coordinates the pro-forma cash flow analyses of limited partners' investments and oversees the disposition of partnership properties and the resulting disbursements to investors.

A team member of High Investors since 1988, Mr. Young is a Registered Principal and Compliance Officer for the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD) broker, High Securities, Ltd.

Mr. Young holds a B.S. degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. He holds a Pennsylvania real estate license as well as three NASD designations: NASD Series 24–Registered Principal; NASD Series 27–Financial Operations Officer; and NASD Series 7–General Securities License.
