Acquisition Criteria

High Real Estate Group LLC is a team of experienced professionals with a proven track record.  Our expertise lies in identifying attractive real estate opportunities for our investors.  Our goal is clear—to build long-term, trustworthy relationships with our partners by maximizing the performance of their investments.

High Investors seeks income-producing real estate that offers current yield and above average appreciation potential.  Value-added and development opportunities are of special interest.

All acquisition opportunities are subject to comprehensive market research and a due diligence review process conducted by High Associates, Ltd. and third-party consultants.   From this information, a detailed proforma is prepared using prudent assumptions.  Once acquired, properties are managed on-site by High Associates.

APARTMENTS

  • Class-A and Class-B suburban garden apartments.
  • 200 or more units are desired but smaller communities will be considered.
  • Target markets are Central Pennsylvania; suburban Philadelphia, PA; suburban Baltimore/Washington and the principal cities and suburbs of Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

OFFICES

  • Class-A and Class-B multi-tenant office buildings and corporate centers.
  • Office buildings and corporate centers of 150,000+ square feet are preferred.  Smaller properties will be considered if they are located in one of our existing markets of Central Pennsylvania; suburban Philadelphia, PA; or Charlotte, NC.

RETAIL

  • NNN opportunities located in one of our existing markets of Central Pennsylvania; suburban Philadelphia, PA; or Charlotte, NC.
  • Multi-tenanted centers in our existing markets of Central Pennsylvania; suburban Philadelphia, PA; or Charlotte, NC are preferred.

Over the past 15 years we have acquired over $300 million of investment real estate.
